Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a virtual assistant that could help propel our agency:

Salary is potential to grow after few months:

Responsibilities:
- Project Management (Assign task to team members and monitor the deadlines while communicating well with them, we use Trello board for our tasks)
- Client Communication (Needs to be well versed in English through chat only as you have to reply to client's questions and request of update at times)
- Weekly Reporting (Send to agency heads, weekly report of tasks and lead generation activities)
- Social Media Management (does not require heavy hours, 1-2 hours per day on ---------- and Facebook is enough, you will also help our lead gen in correcting her grammars)
- Communicate with Agency Heads ( you will be directly reporting and communicating with CEO and COO - don't worry we do not bite, It will be preferable if we can talk to you most of time, as we will train you)

Advantage if you know these softwares:
- Slack, Whatsapp, Trello, Discord, Google Sheet, Google Doc, Canva, LinkedIn, Facebook, Gmail, Grammarly, Asana, Clickup
- Good in English (just in writing or chatting)
