We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working with social media platforms such as
IMPORTANT: Our business is golf orientated and within this role you will need to answer golf related questions, talking to golf professionals/content creators and posting relevant golf content so knowing a great deal about the sport is a must. If you do not do this such as play golf, follow the PGA, etc. please do not apply for the position.
Requirements:
- Golf experience such as listed above.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience posting on
Responsibilities:
- Respond to golf specific customer requests on on social medias in perfect English.
- Post daily/weekly content on social medias.
- Talking to PGA Professionals/content creators via
- Keep up to date with the current PGA tournaments (this will be done in your own time so this is why a golf enthusiast is needed).
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Communicate on
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times.
