Requirements

- High knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and highly responsible who can work independently
- Former experience with sales management of IT- or finance-related products is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in graveyard schedule.

- Recruiting and training telemarketing staff
- Developing sales strategies
- Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Providing feedback and coaching to team members
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting back to senior managers
