Senior Recruiter

We manage a group of online first consumer brands based in the United States, and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and help grow our brands.

Work Hours and Schedule: 40 hours a week. Flexible for recruiting Ph VAs, but must overlap with US morning hours for collaborative work (Up to 11 pm or 12 am Ph Time)
Work Duration: Long term, with a 1-month trial period to determine if it’s a good, mutual fit

Description of Responsibilities:
- Recruits external candidates
- Sources candidates through multiple sources (i.e. Online jobs, Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelance groups)
- Reviews resumes and questionnaire answers; assesses candidates for knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Conducts first-level interviews; makes recommendations to program managers; reviews/discusses candidate performance with subsequent interviewers
- Assists candidates with new hire activities – pre-hire requirements and communication, New Hire Orientation
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Work closely with the Management team to create frameworks and SOPs

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, both for Full Time and Project-based employees
- Experience working in full life cycle recruiting including requisition management, resume review, candidate interviews, and working within an applicant tracking system
- Proven ability to create new and effective sourcing strategies for specific roles using a variety of sourcing techniques and resources
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and business partners; customer-focused and collaborative with internal and external customers
- Working and thriving in a matrix environment where resources are shared
- Ability to recommend process improvements and lead projects with little guidance
- Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines.
