MId-Sr. Level Java Backend Developer

• Participate in day to day activities involving design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
• Develop and deliver high quality code and maintain quality service levels.
• Follow client’s protocols and procedures to ensure strong security and code integrity.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, teammates, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Effectively plan, set priorities, and meet deadlines and goals.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge and experience in Agile development methodology
• Strong object-oriented programming and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Java language with practical experience of JVM, multithreading, and network IO.
• Familiar with distributed service architecture and distributed cache, able to realize high concurrency and high availability system.
• Familiar with SQL database and principles. Proficient in using SQL statements, and have an understanding of database transactions, locks, and indexes. Experience with Oracle SQL a plus.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat a plus.
