Zapier - Sugar CRM - Winautomation and MailChimp Expert

This is part time for the meantime but may switch to full time if necessary.

There are 5 Filipinos working for MetaOps Inc. Four of which are in the Philippines, and the other is residing in the US. This email provide details about our company and the position.

General Preference:

We prefer a VA who has strong experience working with CRM specifically Sugar, Zapier, Mailchimp and Winautomation. Someone who can integrate these apps.

While we have a long list of needs, we are willing to train the right person. If you are a quick learner and have very good technology skills, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, you are probably a great fit for us.

A MUST:
• Must have knowledge and actual experience working using SUGAR CRM
• Must have knowledge and actual experience working with Zapier
• Must have knowledge and actual experience working using Mailchimp
• Someone who knows Winautomation

Qualifications:

• Average to Excellent verbal communication skills especially in conversation. Preferably with American or neutral accent.
• Average Written communication skills
• Keen attention to details
• Above average technology skills
• Ability to add processes and systems to our company
• Has postpaid and wired internet subscription with top Internet Provider such as PLDT and Globe
• God-centered


Requirements:

• High Speed Internet Subscription; subscribed to at least 1.5Mbps
• Lives in an area with no or minimal power outage
• Has quite (and conducive) working environment; preferably with no or minimal interruptions
• Available for daily meeting at 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM MNL
• Willing to work graveyard shift starting at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM MNL
• Has a good working condition desktop or laptop

Expectations:

The following is a list of possible expectations and will be finalized after the right person is identified.
We will use the VA’s and our best practices to develop a relationship that is lasting, fun and enjoyable for both parties.

• Daily / Weekly virtual meetings using Skype with the team
• Acknowledge emails received
• Recap instructions to verify understanding – ask questions
• Weekly or bi-weekly report of tasks and time involved to complete
• File all documents to a central on-line location - Dropbox
• Maintain project schedules using Wrike
• Meet deadlines or address delays
• Expect most work completed within 24 to 48 hours unless it is a big project or ongoing
• Clear understanding of when work is completed daily or weekly.
• Use SMART Goals (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time specific).
• Participate in a monthly staff meeting.
• Inform any of the team member if you will not be able to attend meeting
