International e-commerce company looking for a great logistics and production organizer to grow with the company. Remote work.

Who we are:
We are an eCommerce company that has been selling online since 2017. We sell several different physical products. Our team are all completely remote and operate independently as of now. We will teach you what you need to know to be successful in your position. About the position
-3 month trial period.
-We do a trial period to make sure we find a team member that is thinking long term
If you meet the requirements you will get the job.
-You will get all the necessary training and systems to be successful
-32 hours per week at first
This might change as the position is new and the company is growing
-This work must be your main focus/priority
-Specific hours will be determined after interviews, 2-4 hours in the weekends are required
-Your work will be remotely, with weekly zoom meetings and reports during week
-We offer $700 USD/month in the trial period. If you meet our requirements there is room for growing this amount. If you are VERY qualified this could be negotiated.


Who you are:
-Communicate effectively. We are all working remotely and deeply dependent on each part of the team to communicate efficiently and directly.
-Think logically/Analytical. You must have a logical mind that allows you to analyze numbers and determine the right timing to make new orders and arrange new shipments
-Be organized. You must be able to organize yourself, as a logistical manager you are required to keep track of multiple deadlines as well as keep a constant overview of the inventory numbers.
-Stay on Upgrade to see actual info is a must to always be on time as well as deliver results on time. One day delay can mean loss of sales, further you will be tracking many deadlines that you must follow up on, on time.
-Be Upgrade to see actual info’s important that you take responsibility for your tasks, and if something goes wrong you attack it head on instead of finding reasons not to.
-Be goal oriented. At times something will go wrong, it is important that you are focused on finding the solution instead of getting overwhelmed by the issue.
-Be fluent in English (verbal & written)
-Have a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
-We have systems in place for all of the responsibilities, your main job is to execute consistently and effectively. You will receive detailed instruction and training.
-Your number 1 goal is to make sure we do not run out of stock.

-Inventory control
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Review inventory and logistics reports for accuracy

-Production
Sending Purchase orders
Production Deadlines follow up
Checking inspection reports

-Organizing shipments
Requesting Shipment quotes
New shipment creation
Shipment follow up/check in



The best candidate has
Experience in logistics is a big plus
Experience in various inventory tracking systems is a big plus
Experience in operating seller central (Amazon) is a plus
Experience in following programs are a plus:
Shopify, Clickup, Asana, Zapier, Slack
