JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. Working remotely, you will organize and update files, create Standard Operating Procedures, and assisting optimizing all our areas of operation, such as vendors, customer service and product research. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. You will also be responsible for managing expenses and payments.

Responsibilities
?Create Standard Operating Procedures.
?Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations as needed
?Track tasks and projects of Operations Manager to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
?Take notes or transcribe meetings.
?Provide project management support for complex projects.
?Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed (such as looking for new vendors, product research,etc...)
?Prepare financial reports, financial plans and budgets for meetings.
?Due to the nature of the company, being a start-up company, there might be other responsibilities coming up in the near future.

Requirements
?Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
?Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services Google Suite.
?Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g.GoogleCalendar, Calendly)
?Solid organizational skills.
?High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
?Able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
?Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information.
?Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
?Strong customer service and presentation skills.
?Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays if needed.
?Bonus:Have experience in any creative industry, such as GraphicDesign, Interior Design or any area that requires attention to detail.

Possible Projects to work in:
?Research in Hiring full-time employees.
?Scouting 3D Artists throughout different online channels.
?Research for possible new products we may offer.
?Creating Standard Operating Procedures of current processes.
?Update current areas of Operations such as SubmissionForm,Referral Program, Email Templates, etc..
?Review Finances processes and transactions
?Keep the Monday Board always up to date with the actual projects
