Performance profile:

- Responsible for the update of organisation process landscape with the focus on interfacing the quality with other areas such as safety and security in regular interval of time
- Handle the project quality activities individually, working in close collaboration with project teams to achieve quality milestones as per ASPICE level 3
- Responsible to maintain the project quality by planning quality training to enhance the skill levels of team members
- Proactively ensure the project quality status by conducting internal audits and gap analysis
- Responsible to plan the external assessments and defend the assessment to reach the quality goals
- You are a precise communicator speaking both German and English with a focus on active listening
- Your documentation methods are clear, concise and precise concentrating on the formatting, choice of words and the target audience
