Our team is looking to expand, we're looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving company.

Job Description:

You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our ads. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team. You have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team.You would also be connecting with clients, following up with them and interacting with them through email, Facebook, and corporate online training application. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our companies appointed training staff, ensuring that clients needs are met and the client is accomplishing necessary daily tasks appointed to them by the trainer.

Responsibilities:

- Engaging in our lead generation strategy on our Facebook platform
during scheduled hours.
- Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking
sheets).
- Engaging with our clients in our online training application and private facebook group to
ensure that they're completing daily taks.
- Enter simple data into an excel spreadsheet
- Respond and send emails to clients as needed
- Interact on client posts inside of our private facebook group representing our corporation.
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and
implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of
leadership.

Requirements:

- High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media
platforms
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Sales and customer service experience is required
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication
style
- Must attend weekly team meetings when scheduled
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and
Mornings

Pay is $550/mo plus the potential of bonuses per lead booked and closed.
