We (Cavalry Ignite) are a young and vibrant eCommerce business that sell products online.

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative with an excellent command of English to join our growing company.

JOB DETAILS
Position: Customer Care Representative
Description: Customer Support / Customer Service

Work full time from 9am – 6pm (Philippine Standard Time)
2 Rest Day per week


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing customer service requests via email.
Following up with suppliers’ agents on cases that require additional care (i.e. returns/ replacements)
Follow up internally with colleagues and team members on exceptional cases.

This is a FULL TIME position. Apply only if you are ready to commit.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in Customer Service pertaining to eCommerce businesses will be very beneficial. (If you have experience in this field, do elaborate in details what were your tasks, and how you worked on them)

On the other hand, if you are new and keen to explore this Customer Service role, we can, and will, offer you training and assistance to get you onboard. However, you will need to show us that you have the right attitude to be a part of our team. (Please convince us why you need the opportunity.)

Key Requirements (You must meet the following requirements)
Excellent command of English
Attention to Details
Have great communication skills; We are a strong team that relies on communication. If you don't understand a task, we are 100% open to answering any questions and we make sure the lines of communication are always open
Must be able to work with minimal supervision

PAYMENT:
Our compensation is starting at $420 USD per ---------- the initial probation stage (3 months), weekly payment will be made via paypal.

Pay increase + bonuses will be given by performance. We pay above market rate; if you produce high quality work and are willing to learn.
