- Answer Emails and Phone Calls
- Answer Technical Concerns
- Handle Client Complaints and Refunds
- Welcome call new buyers
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- At least College Level
- At least 6 months working as customer service in a digital company
- BPO background is a plus
- administrative skills
