ROLE:
The Retention Manager oversees all activities related to customer retention so that members/clients will continue to use the services of the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Champion Projects and recurring events that will increase members' satisfaction, delight, and ultimately, retention.

2. Handle delicate conversations within the community leaders.

3. Empower and work with other members of the team to ensure that activities lead to better retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in Project Management related to Member Satisfaction.

2. With Managerial Experience

3. Strong leadership, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.

4. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and people.

5. 1+ years experience working in a Digital Marketing Company is a plus.
