Job Summary
Firstcom Solutions is looking for talented Full Stack Web Developers to work on fast-paced e-commerce websites. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work on multiple projects in your role, and coordinate with internal teams: Project Managers, Web Designers, and QA. You will create e-commerce websites with robust functional features, great UX and SEO, and are pixel-perfect according to the clients’ requirements on launch.

Schedule
+Mondays-Fridays
+You can choose to WFH (while on probation) OR do *Flexi Shift while pandemic (2days Office and 3 days WFH), 100% Office after pandemic
+WFH schedule 9am-6pm
+Office Shift schedule: start working in the office from 7-10am and finish the 8 hrs
+Holidays Off including Special Holidays - premium pays applicable of course!

What will your work be like?

The project flow and your corresponding responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Project briefing
-Coordinate with Project Managers, responsible for client facing and gathering of clients’ requirements. Your job is to analyze, probe about, and confirm each feature, key detail, and overall flow of the website.
-Coordinate with Web Designers, responsible for layout design (UI) and implementation/interpretation, of the clients’ branding and goals, into the design concept or theme of the website. Your job is to discuss the elements and details in the layout to incorporate for the best UX.


Website Development and QA
-Develop the front and back end of the e-commerce website with OpenCart / WooCommerce / Wordpress using JavaScript / HTML / CSS / SCSS / Jquery / Git and PHP / MySQL / MVC, as specified in the Project briefing.
-Conduct responsiveness testing across various browsers and mobile (android / IOS) devices, screen features, and environments. Endorse the website to the QA team for intensive tests.
-Analyze and confirm each point in the QA test documentation, as well as the clients’ new feature requests.
-Develop revisions and new features from QA documentation, redo the standard testing and endorse to QA for final checks and testing.

Website Launch
-Coordinate with Project Managers and QA for the final output and schedule of launching.
-Launch the e-commerce website!

Along the process, you will be expected to:
-Communicate regularly on the progress of active projects, adhering to reasonable and agreed deadlines.
-Manage the development workflow, estimating efforts, and meeting deadlines on multiple, subsequent projects
-Build reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs to optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
