Story Animator for short film

We are looking to animate 3 short voiceover stories for a short documentary film.
We are looking for a total of 5 minutes of animation turning voiceovers into animated stories. 
We are looking for someone creative that enjoys storytelling (for filmmaking) and character development as well as wonderful animation and graphic design skills. 
Proficiency in understanding and translating english is crucial.
