Customer Service Representative

We are a printing shop in Hawaii and we are in need of someone who has good English speaking skills and is enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly, highly organized and has problem-solving skills to handle clients.

Duties:
-Responsible for responding to the clients' inquiries and concerns, escalating high-level complaints to the owner, and accurately processing their service requests
- Appointment setting, rescheduling etc
- Answering calls, Calling clients for follow-ups or clarifications
- Receive and process clients orders
- Email support

System/equipment requirements:
- Laptop/desktop with at least available storage
- Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
- USB headset (noise cancellation)
