Ruby on Rails developer

I'm looking for a good Ruby on Rails developer to port a wordpress plugin I wrote to a stand alone Rails application. The functionality is well defined and you'll have a finished model of exactly what the project should do.

This is initially a contract job, but may become a long term job for maintaining the new application.

Preference will be given to candidates that also have good design talent and can make the app look good.
