3 Hourly Wage Recruiters, $3/hour + $25 for every successful recruit

3 Commission Based Recruiters, up to $250 for every successful recruit

Roles and Responsibilities
Source experts/candidates through databases, social media, and other similar platforms or applications.
Screen sourced candidates based on the initial/main criteria of the project.
Coordinate between sourced experts and account managers for additional requirements
Timely submission of candidates based on the timeline indicated by the client.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have LinkedIn experience on B2B Recruiting or Sales
Experienced English speaker/writer
Minimum 4 bookings per month (15hours or more weekly US-daytime/PH night shift)
With LinkedIn profile URL
Photo ID
NDA
Non-compete

References

Bank Info to receive commissions
Familiar with LinkedIn and other social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook
Has recruiting experience preferably with a US employer, however, the local recruiting process is acceptable.
Familiar with LinkedIn sales navigator and/or LinkedIn Recruiter, Yesware, and other similar tools for sourcing and email ---------- n do full time and open to various shift schedules either graveyard - US time or EMEA
Has stable internet connection with own laptop/desktop computer (minimum specs: i5, 4GB) for remote work
