Zintro Inc., a US based expert network company is looking for dynamic and experienced Account Managers and Recruiters who can join our growing team.

Account Manager – Full time

This is a full-time job that offers $4.50/hour, a minimum of 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

? Serve as the lead point of contact for all (assigned) customer account management matters
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
? Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
? Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
? Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
? Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
? Assist with challenging client and expert requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

? 32+ years old
? Strong English skills by phone/email
? American/Canadian client/employer exp
? Has Customer service/sales/recruiting background with B2B
? Small/start-up business experience (less than 500 employee-employer) and preferably has worked for an American/Canadian employer
? Adept in Windows, Microsoft and similar applications
? Can do full time and has worked from home during US time or night shift
? Has stable internet connection with own laptop/desktop computer (minimum specs: i5, 4gb) for remote work
