Social Media Coordinator

BioSpace, a biopharma news and jobs site, is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to provide support to our Marketing team. You will have a strong understanding of relevant social tools and platforms.

You will be responsible for executing social media strategies, posting news content daily, participating in online outreach and engagement, and monitoring our Facebook and Twitter feeds.

Responsibilities -

- Work with the Marketing team to post news content to Facebook and Twitter as articles are published
- Write engaging, on-brand context for posts to optimize engagement, including descriptions, photos and hashtags where appropriate
- Monitoring and responding to engagement on our platforms
- Provide insightful analysis and reports to the team
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement

Skills & Experience -

- Excellent written communication skills and command of English language
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Hubspot
- Experience with scheduling and managing multiple social feeds
- Analysis and reporting
- Graphic design experience with Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
