Customer Support Agent Needed (Must have a good english)

So we are looking for someone that can handle Phone Customer support/support tickets and process refunds for our customers on the phone.

You need to be familiar with Zendesk ticketing system and be family with Grasshopper phone System since this is the platform we are using to handle our Phone support inquiries, we also need you to be fluent with English language, Speaking as well as Writing.

We need someone who is efficient and professional.
