Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a new IT consultancy company based in Europe. We are looking for a marketing and social media talent to help us manage our online presence and lead management including:
• Marketing automation tasks including setup of email campaigns and manage leads in Active Campaign.
• Plan and maintain a schedule for LinkedIn posts and articles.
• Research industry trends and come up with suggestions for content to post and create draft posts.
• Work with our CEO to plan and finalize post content.
• Research potential customers, partners, and competitors on LinkedIn
• Reach out to potential customers and partners and follow up with leads.
• Help maintain the content on our Wordpress website and improve SEO.
• Prepare reports on website statistics and analytics and follow agreed action plan to improve the numbers.
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed

What we are looking for:
• A self-starter that can work independently
• Great communication skills
• Great English speaking and writing skills
• Computer / technology savvy
• A strong wish to work with digital marketing but is not afraid to work on other tasks too.
• Is eager to learn new things – we will provide training and give you access to relevant online courses, but you will also need to figure many things out yourself.
• You need to very organized and have a great attention to detail.

We expect that you have experience in B2B marketing - especially LinkedIn marketing, email and marketing automation. We use Active Campaign to manage leads.

You will work directly with the founder of the company. Expect one to two video Skype meetings per week and Skype or Slack chat on a daily basis as needed.

Since we are based in Europe, we prefer if most of your work hours can performed during European business hours.

About compensation
20 hours work per week - $500 per month
Will pay weekly for the first two months – then on a monthly basis
We pay 13th month bonus
We give pay increases based on performance
Every month you work, you earn one personal day, which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days for year)
The following days are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days)
