Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Company

Job Priority

Your priority will be to promote Greetings Virginia and all its endeavors in a manner that allows for high visibility to the general public that might be in the market to buy a home and communicate marketing efforts to our listing clients twice per week.

You will assist in executing marketing programs such as our listing promotions, direct mailings, social media campaigns, client seminars, online webinars, and publicity events.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Marketing Assistant Tasks and activities include:

Graphics, Video and Web Design
- Graphics Designing for the following:
- All websites including ---------- and ----------
- Open Houses
- Listings
- Closed Sales
- “Coming Soon” Properties
- Real Estate Classes
- Agent’s Marketing
- Special Initiatives
- Online Interviews
- Hiring and Recruitment Ads
- Events to be posted onto ----------
- Postcards and Newsletters to be mailed systematically to our sphere of influence and local neighbors on the 15th day of each month.
- Company Banners and Logos
- Real Estate Memes and Quotes

Video Editing for the following:
- Vlogs (Four Q and A videos each month)
- Local business owner Facebook Live interview (Weekly)
- An influencer in the real estate agent community interview (Weekly)
- Online Interviews
- Property Walk-in Videos
- Agent’s Marketing
- Company Advertising Videos
- Post helpful content onto ---------- to provide value to the real estate community and to promote Greetings Virginia and Dan Rochon to the Keller Williams Real Estate community so that Greetings Virginia is omnipresent for real estate needs in Virginia.

- Should have at least 1 Year of Marketing Experience


Equipment Needed:

You will need to provide your own laptop or desktop computer, a smartphone that will be used for business, all in good working order.

Required Equipment:
- Working high speed laptop or desktop - minimum Intel Core i3 processor
- DSL Internet - 5mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
- Headset with noise cancellation
- Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions
- Smart Phone with headset preferred or computer with a headset and ability to make calls via Google Voice
