We’re an Aussie eCommerce brand looking for THE all-star Virtual Assistant.

You will be:

- able to talk openly and conversationally to customers with exceptional spoken English (Fluent in English; C1(Advanced) or C2(Advanced/Mastery). Please do not apply if you cannot hold conversations that ARE NOT sales or customer service-based. Our sales process requires the ability to talk to inbound customers and understand their needs and find unique solutions.

- a quick-thinking, problem-solving, solution orientated machine by nature that thrives on challenges.

- keen to learn and absorb everything about our products, in detail. Be able to provide the differences between them and then be able to provide customers with honest advice and answers to why one is better suited to them or not. All conversationally.

- customer-oriented, warm, and passionate. The role will require someone who is keen on sales and making customers happy.

- enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently.

- able to juggle many different tasks.

And here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chats

- handle inbound and outbound sales

- Managing customer issues for any shipping issues, product faults

- managing and fulfilling orders with Shopify

- Create product listings on Shopify

- Back of house administration

- Organising shipping and creating shipping

- Communicate via email and phone with current suppliers

- Future tasks to be determined based on you and other team members’ strengths

- Experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian culture and geography is a major plus.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; preferably with a degree in business, marketing, or mass communication.
