Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Appointment Setters (PART TIME /FULL TIME) to join our team. The Appointment Setters will be responsible for calling our leads, communicating through Mojo Dialer, and other calling system

Duties:
*Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
*Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
*Researching and qualifying new leads.
*Be able to set up leads in KWCommand System ( Smart plan in which the leads will be able to receive SMS from the KWCommand system, and the appointment setter can set up a task in KWCommand to trigger a reminder to remind the appointment setter or the agent directly from his phone number to follow up that lead.(NOT REQUIRED but is a PLUS)

Requirement
* MUST work on EST business hours (Mon - Fri 9am-5pm EST)
* Excellent communication skills
* Has a NEUTRAL ACCENT
*With at least 6months of ISA experience.
* Knowledge of the Command System is a PLUS

Payment:
* Bi-weekly payment through Paypal
*Hourly Rate
