Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, error-free content that is disseminated through campaigns across various channels. These channels may include print, television, digital, and/or social. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for seamlessly contributing to multiple projects at once. The Email Marketing Specialist will also design, implement, and manage funnels with a focus on awareness, conversion, and other measurable goals.

• Must understand the marketing sales strategies process.
• Have a strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography.
• Experience using funnel building, email marketing, and CRM systems.
• Have a firm understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver CS3+, and or other design software/tools.
• Be comfortable with using Google Analytics (specifically, Google tag manager).
• Have knowledge of how to use WordPress (add tracking codes etc).
• Be extremely detail-oriented with a mind for quick adaptability to company design standards.
• Be trustworthy and reliable.
• Be able to adhere to deadlines.
• Be able to accept constructive criticism and happy to make necessary adjustments.
• Have the confidence to take initiative and make decisions (i.e. be self-motivated/ a self-starter).
• Be comfortable working with minimal supervision yet remaining highly productive.
• Be comfortable working as part of a remote team.
• Be available for ongoing training.
