Need a wire frame for custom web app

I need to create a web app and it's making me dizzy trying to think of all the different things I need for different user types and sections and subsections omg. I need someone that can take my jumbled mess of ideas and turn it into a wire frame that I can use to have someone develop an app for ---------- will likely be a no-code Bubble type app.

I'm assuming it will be a combination of stuff I've scribbled down along with some video and/or audio calls to try to describe everything I need. Ideas/input/questions from you will be necessary too, so if you haven't done this before, I'm probably not your guy.

I already have a UI set I plan to purchase that I will be using for the app itself, so if UI isn't your thing that's ok too.
