We are an American company with an immediate need for an experienced, detail-oriented virtual assistant with graphic design experience.

IMPORTANT: I know times are tough, BUT, if you have never worked as a virtual assistant before, AND if you do not have solid, recent, demonstrable experience with graphic design, original graphics creation, infographic creation, etc., AND a portfolio of your creations that we can look at, please DO NOT APPLY. This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week job. This position has the potential to turn into long-term employment for the right candidate.

We are looking for an honest, mature, hard-working VA with a strong command of both written and spoken English. Must be fast, dedicated, organized, enthusiastic, and be comfortable performing some repetitive tasks such as data entry, updating social profiles and local citations, creating multiple similar graphics, updating website metadata, etc.

The ideal applicant will possess a great attitude, be a creative problem-solver, and have excellent attention to detail. They will be a team player, reliable to a fault, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Also, a basic working knowledge of WordPress would be ---------- t programming, just updating content, images, and that kind of thing.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This is a full-time position; 40-hours per week, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

You will need to adhere to a regular schedule each week and be immediately reachable at all times during your shift.

You must have your own computer with access to at least one reliable high-speed internet connection with little to no downtime.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:

The starting salary for this position is 12,000 to 15,000 Php per month, depending on experience, with the potential to increase following a successful 90-day review.

We have paid major and religious holidays and a pro-rated 13th-month bonus.

We pay bi-weekly via PayPal or Transferwise. We pay new hires at the end of the first full week of employment to establish trust. After that, we will add you to our regular bi-weekly payroll schedule.
