Website Transfer to Wix

We, at Talent Transformation, are an exciting forward-thinking organization ( ---------- ). We are looking to work with a website professional. We want to work with someone on an hourly basis during the following phases of the project:

1. Help us plan to move our current site to Wix.

2. Move site from the current site to Wix. We want to maintain the website ourselves but we would like ongoing access to a Wix consultant in case we need help

We are looking to move to Wix for the following reasons:

1. Current platform has very weak blogging capabilities. We need to tag and categorize posts to provide different groupings of the posts that we make (by content topic, by content connection with the Talent Transformation Pyramid, by content type (video, text, podcast, etc.)

2. Better SEO rankings – we cannot create URLs to blog posts that use words (only numbers) which doesn’t help SEO rankings.

3. We want to improve our SEO rankings and we believe that Wix provides suitable tools for this.

Key features that we need are:

1. Easy navigation, easy page creation, responsive templates
2. Easy to post text, images, and videos as log articles
3. Unprotected pages for anyone to view
4. Member-only pages – up to 10 member categories but at the moment we only have 2
5. E-commerce with member being automatically billed for renewals
6. Member management and reporting
7. All pages and posts to have Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn tracking codes
8. Integrate ActiveCampaign forms (html snippets) as we use ActiveCampaign for our newsletter and automations.

We currently envision the following phases for the project:

A. Planning
a. Provide a presentation and/or document to explain how we will migrate
b. Align on the details
c. Set up the site, with us, and configure as best we can to ensure we understand the features
d. Agree the move

B. Moving
a. Agree plan and timing
b. Copy and paste content from old site to Wix site
c. Add tags and categories to blog articles
d. Train 2 people, using Zoom, to add, change, and delete content
e. Train 3 people, using Zoom, on SEO features
f. Help improve site with advice during Zoom calls

C. Help
a. Provide assistance on part time basis as we need help
