Rockstar Appointment Setter for Digital Marketing Agency

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to make connections using my social media profiles and engage other business owners in conversations via direct message with the intent to determine if they need help with web site design/development or digital marketing and book qualified prospects on my calendar. Past experience with appointment setting and outbound prospecting via social media tools is required. You must have sales skills and knowledge. I can provide access to some self-paced training videos and processes to guide you. Most of this work will be done online via direct messager/chat/email so you will not be expected to make phone calls. However, you must have fluent English written skills if you will be be messaging prospects on my behalf and it must be undetectable by prospects. Some daily tasks may include:

- Add 50 new Facebook Friends in selected niches every day
- Private message everyone that accepts the Friend Request
- Comment on 3-5 comments each day related to the niche to add value so people look at us as an authority (with time)

YOU MUST:
- Have TOP level communication and listening skills
- Be highly motivated to serve others and be part of something bigger
- Learn FAST and take ownership. Ask for FEEDBACK.
- Hard working an 100% COMMITTED - does what it takes and doesn't make excuses
- Thrives on accountability and tracking KPI's
- A diligent, grounded, detail oriented person.
