Experienced Bookkeeper /Accounts payable documentation

I am looking to employ part-time someone who already has the experience and does not need a lot of training. We use Freshbooks. If you are not familiar with this platform please do not respond.

Responsibilities will include

Receiving emails of all invoices with descriptions of what they are
entering in to freshbooks and tracking
creating and filing documents in to online cloud based filing system

Hours may vary, time is flexible to your schedule
