What we’re looking for:
We’re looking to hire a full time Social Media Sales Representative. We are a high growth startup that relies on executing an omni channel marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Team. This role is fast-paced and requires individuals who are extremely motivated and looking for tremendous growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
The working hours are roughly 8 hours day. The time zone and timing will range from 10AM PST time to 6 PM PST time (California time zone) depending on the time of the year.
Pay is $500 per month for 40 hours a week
Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
Find prospects on instagram based off of our customer avatar and reaching out for sales opportunities.
Creating Instagram content based on our brand guidelines using
Posting Instagram stories and optimizing them for engagement
Managing our social media content Calendar
Creating & Uploading Pins to Pinterest
Generating Sales, Leads, and Engagement across multiple social media platforms
Analyzing social media metrics using software like
Perform weekly Social Listening doc based on industry and competitors
Requirements
Iphone or Android Smartphone with Instagram
Experience and ability to use Instagram
2 years experience with social media management
Experience working with a U.S. company and managing their Social Media
Experience with managing a social media content calendar
Experience using software to report on social media analytics
Experience with creating content using
Experience with scheduling out Social Media Posts & Managing Inboxes
Ability to read and write messages in english and create messages on your own
Must be flexible with working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Our company is growing very fast, candidates must be comfortable with changes to their position and daily responsibilities. We are looking for someone who will not only come in and pick up our systems and workflows quickly but also improve them for optimal results.
We are a very close team and we work together. We will be investing in you fully to train you quickly and bring you up to speed. We expect you to do your best work, to take what you learn and improve upon it.
