We are looking for a motivated, talented, and fun-spirited digital marketing specialist. You will distribute and promotes online content to grow our audience, convert leads into customers, and tell the story of our brand. Duties:

- Create flyers, brochures, templates, and social media post for Realtors
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My
Business, Pinterest, etc. They must be able to manage all aspects of our social media program from platform creation, content planning, and the ability to monitor and measure the campaign's effectiveness.
- Utilize a critical eye for your own work to ensure clean, high-quality content that supports customer brand focus
-Come to the table with creative direction and can lead and take action VS waiting for orders

Requirements:
- MUST know how to use BoomTown System
- Must have at least experience in the Real Estate industry
- Familiarity with basic design principles and lightweight visual design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is a MUST
- Can create flyers, brochures, landing pages, etc.
- Excellent writing and communications skills (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, style, strong typing
the speed with high accuracy, and attention to detail
- Understands Marketing for different social media platforms - Social Media Management - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube - Managing - Blasting out Just Listed, Under Contract, Sold, Testimonial Marketing
- MUST be available in a graveyard shift
- Knows MLS, KWCommand is a plus
