We are the largest RE/MAX Franchise in the whole state of New Jersey comprising 14 Offices and operating overseas teams for the past 10 years. We URGENTLY need a Team Leader to manage or co-manage our buyer team department.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable Internet Connection - at least 10 MBPS.
- Dedicated laptop or desktop with minimum 8GB of RAM.
- Noise cancelling Headset (REQUIRED)
- Backup internet connection
- Dedicated Home Office Set up - Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters etc).
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing BUYER ISA TEAMS - at least 1 to 2 years
- Well-versed in using Kunversion / KV Core and its functionalities
- Formula Conversion Plans and Procedures for the whole team
- Results driven, tracks conversion and have a go getter attitude
- In-depth knowledge in the US Real Estate Market (i.e buyer)
- Problem-solving – able to formulate action plans to get results and resolve issues.
- Detail Oriented – Listening to calls and making sure that ISAs follow the script diligently, maintain reliability, etc.
- Great Communication Skills - be able to communicate to all stakeholders to get the results needed
- Technical Troubleshooting Skills - Can resolve technical challenges for the team (Tech Savvy)
- Open to feedback and coaching
