Opportunity Summary
Full time: 40h a week = ---------- $(M) first 3 months

We have an amazing opportunity for you. Our Company Lotus Creative is expanding and needs help with the fulfillment side of things. We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle the accounts of our current clients, and if the fit is right, we’ll provide you with more accounts as we continue to sell and grow.

*Work from home and set your own hours. More hours more money fewer hours less money.*

Job Summary
This position will focus on customer ---------- volves calling web leads and web referrals. Provide prospective leads with all services offered. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close appointments and increase revenue.
Primary responsibilities
1. Call, Text, and follow up on prospective leads.
2. Record transactions on a spreadsheet. (Checking boxes)
3. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Comfortable making calls and calling leads within 10 minutes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
• In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

After Probation: 3 month Probation

- Beginner: 3-6 Clients
- Intermediate:6-9 Clients
- Expert: 9-12 + Clients
(Max 21accounts) *know your limit stay within it $100 bonus after 15*

- Fail to reply in 24h without probable cause
- No doing daily task

Priority Levels;
P0-5; 0-24h , P1-1Day, P2- 48h, P3- 1Week, P4 - 2weeks, P5 - 1month

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time unless directed.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
