Recruiter for Real Estate Company

We are a Real Estate company specializing in vacant land.

I am in the process of hiring virtual assistants to fill positions within my company, and I am looking for someone to help me review candidates and work with me on the process to properly screen, interview, and possibly hire the right candidate.

I am looking for someone with previous experience doing this. For the time being it is to bring on one candidate right now, but I will be building the team over the course of the year, so i will need additional help over time.

Currently, i have about 500 applicants for 1-2 positions. You would be helping me review these candidates and help me find the right candidate.
