Hi,

We are a financial service & logistics company based in Adelaide, South Australia. We service over 1000 locations across Australia and New Zealand from a number of industries.

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team in the role of Admin/Virtual Assistant, this position is FULL TIME from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Adelaide time. You must be able to work these hours.

This is a long-term position and we hope to find someone we can actively train to take on new, exciting responsibilities.

Your core responsibilities will be:

Data Entry

Email
ing
Word processing
Working with Spreadsheets
Supporting Management in their day to day duties
Reception duties including answering phones

To apply for this job you must:

Be fluent in written English
Well versed in spoken English
Computer literate
Proficient in Google Suite applications
Willing to learn
Quick to adapt to new systems

We recognise selected Philippine public holidays as well as Australian National public holidays. Your payments are processed fortnightly. You will be required to log all working hours through Timeproof.
