About this Role
The role expects the manager to make strategical planning, recruit, select and train sales teams to reach organisational targets. The most important activities when sustaining sales include, but not limited to, the following:
INSPECT: Inspecting team members’ work and giving prompt and effective feedback to improve team member’s performances.
TRAIN: When areas of continuous improvements are identified, the manager in this role is expected to minimum the gap in performance through effective training strategies and proposing improved sales processes. All Intellectual Properties (IP) needs to be well documented so that other team members can follow it.
Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve the current sales matrices to improve sales performance.
• Monitor the sales matrices and reports and report to Head of Sales weekly.
• Refine sales matrices, identify areas which correlates with improving the sales performance for the team and implementing improvements and incremental changes to change sales persons behaviour and actions to improve sales performances.
• Optimise results - show before and after improvement results. For example, explain to your Head of Sales of the changes you've made, how these changes aim to improve performance and how it improved sales performance through sales matrix and reports.
• Fine tune processes to improve performance and give feedback to the Head of Sales. e.g. make recommendations and solutions.
• To be a team enabler, empower and enable improvements in performance.
• Manage onboarding, inducting and training of the team members.
• Manage and monitor rostering and timetabling of all team members.
To be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Telesales Manager.
• Coaching skills to improve Telesales conversion rates.
• Reporting skills to track performance and submit reports to Management.
• Sales skills to demonstrate and train people in sales skills e.g. sales strategies and improve scripts.
• Team building skills - to build teams' skills and motivate teams to perform
• Be able to work weekends
• Recruit and induct skills - to recruit and expand teams and induct teams into Traxion.
• Good emotional intelligence - calm and mature when dealing with conflicts and have excellent conflict management skills.
• Advanced Problem-solving skills - be able to solve complex problems with executive clients and coach teams to do that.
