Sales person for Real Estate wholesaling

Our awesome team is expanding, we have 1 position open for an Acquisition sales rep. We are mainly looking for people with customer service or sales experience.

DAY TO DAY WORK WOULD INCLUDE:

Outbound calls to potential sellers
Follow up with leads daily
Follow up with cold leads daily
Good communication with sellers via email text and phone
Calculate any repairs, max offer, and repair cost on these properties

Requirements (expected proficiencies):

Must have an outstanding English accent
At least 2 years experience in sales
Proven record of accomplishments
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Strong grammar, written and communication skills
Basic proficiency with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar)
