- Moderate social media comments on Instagram, Youtube,
- Responds and resolved customer concerns in a timely manner
- Provide correct and adequate resolution based on our Company’s policy without compromising Customer Satisfaction
- Suggest solutions for continuous improvements
- Personalized approach through messages and comments
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our value customers by providing best solution to maintain relationship.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Shopify and Amazon
- Experience with Instagram,
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with Google Docs and Sheet
- Good researching skills
- Team- Player
