Credit Repair Specialist

We are looking for A credit repair dispute expert who makes sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed. They are efficient and have credit repair experience.(No experience, don’t apply) The primary responsibility is to have the back end of the business run smoothly, mainly disputing negative items on clients credit reports. Applicants must have the ability to multi-task and cross-train, plus have a desire to grow and be a part of a team.
*You must be comfortable with data entry and be willing to learn how to use tools like *credit repair cloud*, Google Docs, slack, Asana, loom, Craigslist, Facebook, identityIQ, CFPB Website and Email. If you do not feel confident about learning new things, please do not apply to this job. Starting Off you must be Proficient with using credit repair cloud and must be able to multitask.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Provide support to members of the leadership team
-Manage clients information
-create and update SOPS
-Handle customer service reply to clients text and emails
-Analyze Client's Credit Reports using identityIQ
-Able to work with databases, input data accurately and in a timely manner
-KPI Tracking
-Learn credit Laws
-Dispute with the credit bureaus
-Meeting Agendas
-Software Management
-Help with new ideas on how we can better serve our clients

*Must be able to work the flexible hours: MON - FRI - 9AM -7PM (MST)
(you will not be working all these hours this is our companies operating hours)

*Personality/Technical Requirements
Must have experience with credit repair cloud and CFPB
Must have a VPN
Must enjoy processes and systems
Must be a fast learner
Must be consistent in your daily work ethic and great at following directions
Must have a desktop or laptop computer with at least 15Mbps internet speed.
Must be able to work remotely with supervision in a quiet environment
Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work Tech-savvy
Need to know how to use google chrome, and learn how to use web-based applications (but it’s basically pointed and click) …
Positive Attitude/Teachable - People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.

Pay: 4$ hourly rate plus bonuses
