We’re hiring for a full-time, long-term, reliable Amazon Customer Service and Business Support Officer (remote working) to help with our Amazon business.
Required:
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- At least one year’s experience of handling Amazon customer service enquiries for both FBA and FBM product orders, issues, returns, refunds, replacements
- At least one year’s experience handling Amazon account health management, including seller feedback, handling case logs, voice of the customer, inventory levels and issues, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, inventory levels, product and account issues
- Experience booking FBA shipments preferred
The role is a full-time long-term employment opportunity, working remotely, 40 hours a week, so we require a candidate who can commit themselves to the role fully without other employment commitments.
