Manage marketing, outreach, and engagement for our social media
• Maintain social media updates - Schedule and publish posts on
• Create and schedule all social media marketing posts - we have a current schedule to build upon; we will ask you to review this and recommend improvements or changes for engagement and increased traffic
• Post WP website pages–upload blogs, syndicate blogs, insert videos, link to other pages, keywords, Yoast SEO, meta, etc.
• Compose & publish weekly podcasts - take audio, create graphics, share marketing swipe
• Integrate online marketing with
• Design, create, and update
• Weekly live meeting to present your reports/status and make recommendations for keywords & SEO upcoming week
o Show the upcoming posts and activities & explain WHY you are conducting such this upcoming week (your strategy/objective)
o Show success and challenges from previous week's posts
o Create and maintain a strategy with measurable goals that we review monthly to achieve quarterly and annual goals
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- English - we are in the writing industry. Vocabulary, spelling, and grammar are very important.
- Social media marketing strategy and implementation for traffic and conversions (income as primary) and engagement (secondary)
- LinkedIn, YouTube,
- Podcast - posting and publishing (any knowledge on SEO and improving is appreciated)
- WordPress - knowledgeable and confident
- Graphics for social marketing
- Administrative skills - independent worker, dependable, and proactive; you do NOT need micromanaging
- Copywriting in FLUENT English with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation (of course, always use an online editing tool)
- Scheduling wizard - Trello, Asana, Google calendars, and other project management tools to keep the team on top of all tasks
- Positive attitude and patience - you can create organization and calm for the CEO by organizing and solving problems
