Virtual Assistant - Excellent Full Time Opportunity

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a smart and hard-working virtual assistant for full-time work in an Amazon ecommerce business.

You will be working on a range of tasks including shipping plan preparation, stock control, product analysis, product reordering & warehouse team coordination.

You must have fluent English and very strong numerical & data analysis skills. Background in numerical/quantitative fields are encouraged; other backgrounds are considered also.

KEY TERMS:

1. Hours: 9 hours of work weekdays, UK time zone, Monday-Friday, 3am-12pm; + 0.5 hour work on Saturdays & 2.5 hours on Sundays in preparation for the week ahead (though Friday's workload will typically be less).

2. Training: full training to be provided. This takes on average 2 weeks of video study and live practice depending how fast you learn. The paid work will start once you pass the training.

3. Pay: $500 per month.

4. Attendance and punctuality: timing is crucial in this work, and there is a zero-tolerance policy to non-attendance, i.e. if you fail to show up, you're out.

5. Communication: communication among team members about what you are doing is essential; you must communicate frequently and proactively.

6. Working for others: this is a full-time position and you must not work or apply to work for any other employer/business while working for us; failure to adhere to this rule results in immediate dismissal.

7. Power and internet: you will be working via a remote computer machine, to which you will connect via RDP (available on all computers/laptops). You must have uninterrupted power and fast & unlimited data connection. Please do not apply if you live in an area with regular power/data outages unless you can totally remove the issue with sufficient power/data backups.
