Web Developer/Webmaster Savior Needed NOW!

After 5 years I finally had to let my web developer go! So many mistakes. So many miscommunications. A week to get even the tiniest project done. I felt like I had to compete for his attention, and I was always so afraid to even ask him to do anything because he was so frustrating to work with.

Lately we had our coupon code system fail causing massive embarrassment and lost sales from a big sale we ran. Yikes!

We recently discovered that our automated message to greet new customers hadn't been working for months because it wasn't set up properly. Gasp!

And as we were trying to fix it, my web developer sent the wrong message to the wrong people, prompting customers to start flooding my inbox on a Saturday night, totally confused. Ouch!

I have three primary websites that are decent but clunky and outdated. I'm ready for a fresh new energy and some fresh designs, as well as better functionality without all the tech glitches.

> Are a super strong communicator in English so we can clearly get things done without mistakes or confusion
> Have a good eye for design, especially for simple pages that sell a service (not just blogs or optin pages)
> Are pretty tech savvy and you're good with Wordpress, integrations with Paypal and Active Campaign, WP Affiliate, creating coupon codes, and that kind of thing (or you're confident you can learn ANYTHING quickly because you're experienced and smart)

BTW, starting pay is $800/month with potential to increase well beyond $1,000/month after a year of truly impactful, excellent work. Double pay in December after you've been with me for more than a full year. And while I mention the job is "full-time," it's more like full-time "availability." You certainly won't need to work a full 40-hour week ever, unless we're doing a complete site redesign or something. But I will need you when I need you and expect you to not be tied up for days on end with other projects.
