Video Editor & YouTube Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION
I am looking for an individual to assist with converting my podcasts recordings over to our existing YouTube channel. I currently have a YouTube channel (Short term rental riches) but have not been very happy with the quality of my videos. I have a great relationship with my audio editor who edits the audio portion and I also record each episode in high resolution video to use for the channel.

For each video you will be provided with the digitally mastered audio and the Raw video footage. Your job will be to match up the edited audio with the raw video file but also add in related images, text, and animations to help improve the quality of the videos. You will also be asked to add in your own image, sound effects, and highlights where you feel necessary to help improve the videos.

**I am looking for someone that can find the additional content ON THEIR OWN and have a strong command of English to be able to highlight important text**

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
REST Methods was developed to as an educational company to teach individuals how to invest in great properties to build long term wealth. Our strategy is unique in that instead of putting long-term tenants in our properties we furnish them and rent them by the night (on websites like Airbnb for example). I have been hosting a weekly podcast for over a year (we are on episode 75) called the "Short-term Rental Riches Podcast." • In the podcast I provide advice on real estate investing but with a specific focus on short-term rentals.

• I love traveling! I'm originally from California, USA but moved to Colombia in South American a couple years ago and now
spend about half the year there and the other half in Brazil
• I currently have 6 Pilipino team members who I thoroughly enjoy working with and who are a huge help on our team
working with various tasks from social media, web development, and guest reception for our Real Estate company

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
•Prior experience with Video editing
• Experience with YouTube
• Ability to research and find relevant images, text, highlights, and animations to add to our videos using only the content from our podcast audio
•A computer capable of handling high res video editing and fast internet connection to upload finished videos to our google drive

COMPENSATION
*All payments will be sent via Payoneer so a Payoneer account is required
*$75-$150 USD / month for 1-2 hours of Video per month (the average video will be 10-20 minutes)
*Although this position in part-time it's possible it could grow in to a more full-time position in the future
