Virtual Admin/Assistance

I am an entrepreneur, looking to build a team for long-term employment. I am currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with added experience of graphic design. The ideal candidate will be required for 10-20 hours a week at $2.50/hr to help me build my coaching business and Motivated Outstanding Mothers (M.O.M) organization.

I need someone who can write emails with a knowledge and idea of developing and building email lists that converts to sales/membership and secure my clientele information. Additionally assistance needed with creating social media content to post at least 3 times a week.

Virtual Assistant must have the ability to create e-products and assist in transcribing my course content for e-books and course info/workbook. I am on the East Coast of the United States and I am 12 hours behind. As the company expands, there will be an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Job Description includes but is not limited to:

FB, IG, Pinterest- Content creation.
Add new client information via WIX platform, create email automation, send emails, schedule and write emails for email listing ---------- lendly- manage coaching clients appointments, also when they cancel or reschedule
Wix and Google calendar- manage weekly calendar
Create graphic social media posts, flyers and presentations, videos (Canva, Print Brush, Photoshop, etc)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Office products, Facebook and Instagram, WIX platform, Zoom
Edit Zoom recordings
