VA for Airbnb management company. Airbnb call centre experience highly valued ! Excellent English skills required.

We are looking for someone who ideally has Airbnb customer service experience.
EXCELLENT written and spoken English skills are required!
We manage several apartments/condos in Australia and rent them via ---------- and Airbnb.
The tasks that you would need to complete would be:
- handle all customer inquiries via the Airbnb app
- answer phone calls from customers with questions about the property they are staying in
- help with social media promotion (posting on ---------- and facebook)
- Manage the schedule for cleaners depending the bookings we have
- working hours would be from 8am to 10pm Australian Eastern Standard time 5 days a week.
- We provide a flexible and respectful working environment. The main thing is customer messages are replied to immediately and any problems attended to. There is an opportunity for the right person to progress as our company grows.
