Accountant

We are looking for someone who will be monitoring our cash flows and send us our daily cash position. Successful candidate will be working with our onshore accountant to make sure that all of the financial aspects are covered:

• Must have Quickbooks experience
• Can produce needed reports on a daily basis (i.e cash position)
• Can send invoice in a timely manner and monitor invoices that is not paid
• Can execute contracts and / or agreements
• Can reconcile bank accounts and transactions
• Comfortable doing call follow-up to clients regarding outstanding invoice.

This position is part time and the rate per hour is $5 - $8. Looking at 4 hours a day M-F.

We are a small team but you will enjoy working with us. Interview will be scheduled via Zoom meeting.
