Looking for a rockstar animator / motion graphics for movies & series

I own a streaming site that has primarily indie movies and projects. And I'm looking for a world-class animator to animate everything from animated intros to shows we're producing, to fun animated ads, even to animated short films, as well as potentially series and features.
